The Area Director is responsible for growing FCA by praying and staffing the area through Ministry, Talent, Donor and Board Advancement. The Area Director works with staff and volunteers to fund and steward the finances of the ministry.
The Area Representative serves a local geographic area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes and volunteers to fulfill FCA’s mission.
The Ambassador serves 15 hours or less each week in a defined area by engaging, equipping, and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values. In the FCA Sports Environments, the Ambassador implements a consistent approach to discipleship — making disciples who make disciples. The Ambassador is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to FCA policies and procedures.

FCA offers many opportunities to intergrate your passion for God and sports with the desire to share the love of christ with athletes and coaches. Volunteers may serve in various capacities. These roles are defined as either Volunteer Team Members or Volunteer Ministry Leaders. Volunteer Ministry Leader roles require a volunteer application and background check as part of the affirmation process.
